    Good evening Bram and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
    We are actively working on a fix for this top priority bug.

    Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.

    But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.

    In the meantime, the workaround is to downgrade the following plugins to that exact version:

    1. Event Tickets 4.3.5
    2. Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5

    You can read about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

    Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Anthony and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the 404 issue you have been facing.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Kudos for the workaround!

    Based on that, I believe that the cause is probably that you have a “real” page that has the http://bridgepointe.staging.wpengine.com/events/ URL.

    Our calendar pages are actually not “real” pages. But, they need total exclusivity of the slug chosen.

    In other words, if you have an existing real page that has the http://bridgepointe.staging.wpengine.com/events/ slug, it will create 404 pages.

    The solution is to change the slug of the “real” page (or delete it if you are not using it) or change the slug of the Events Calendar (which you did).

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Himanshu and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the translation issues you have been facing.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I just went ahead and visited your website and it looks like everything is now translated in Spanish. Could you confirm ?

    In any case, based on your description of the situation, this might have been caused by one of the following:

    1. Your translation files are not up to date (which it looks like you tested – but I am unsure if you also tested that for the Events Calendar Pro strings, not only the free the Events Calendar language strings).
    2. You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These will override any other translation. Either update or remove these (depending on your situation).
    3. Your theme is using its own text domain for some of the strings related to the calendar

    If your theme is using its own text domain for template customizations, I would strongly suggest reverting back to the Events Calendar text domain in your child theme.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Amanda and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-event-featured .tribe-events-event-image {
    float: left !important;
    width: 26% !important;
    }

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Lora,

    Thank you for the clarification.

    This is totally my bad. My apologies.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image+div.tribe-events-content {
    width: 59% !important;
    padding: 0 0 0 7px !important;
    }

    To achieve that, you can simply paste the code above in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in wp-admin on your site.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Daniel,

    Thank you for reaching out to us as well.

    This bug has reached has been escalated to priority one over the last week.
    It should be part of one of our upcoming maintenance release.

    In the meantime, I would recommend downgrading the plugins as suggested above as a workaround.

    Hang in there.

    Good evening Connie,

    We are already working on this issue here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/renewed-our-plug-in-now-submission-page-doesnt-work/

    As such, I will close the current duplicate thread.

    In the future, we would ask that you please refrain from opening several threads on the same topic. This actually slows down the resolution process.

    I will see you in the other thread in a moment.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Jakub,

    Thank you for taking the time to write back.

    Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.

    Although we are pretty excited to see our customers customize the plugin to their needs, we unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

    With that in mind, we do have quite a bit of documentation available to you: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/

    You should be able to get the list of functions from: https://theeventscalendar.com/functions/

    Have a good weekend,

    Geoff B.
