    Hi there,

I am having issues with ticket sale start times. When i save the ticket and update the event.. the starting date transfers back to 8:00… When will this issue be fixed? It’s very important for me because the following:

    – On march 14th 10:00 am.. all tickets for 100 events need to “open”
    – We have spread around 5000 flyers which tells people that all events will be availlable at 10:00 am
    – Well.. if this is 8:00 am we and i have a big problem..

So can you guys please fix this? I am waiting on a reply..

Oh yeah downgrading the event tickets & the event ticket + plugins back to 4.3.5 is not an option for me.. Because on that version it’s not possible to set : When should attendee records be generated? @ the ticket settings tab (woocommerce support).. All my customizations are build on this so..

    **Additional question**

When this bug can’t be fixed before march 14th.. is it possible to change the TICKET SALE START DATE directly from the database? If so.. where can i find these tables? Can you guys provide me the full path

Good evening Bram and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this top priority bug.

Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.

But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.

In the meantime, the workaround is to downgrade the following plugins to that exact version:

    1. Event Tickets 4.3.5
    2. Event Tickets Plus 4.3.5

You can read about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/

Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Bram,

    Thank you for answering.

You are right. This should not be too difficult to fix.

However, please note that every single one of our fixes need to go through the full Dev cycle (including testing). We would rather use that approach than create additional issues as you might guess.

Please let me know if you need any help putting the workaround in place.
Slight update, you can actually use 4.4.1 if you prefer (as opposed to 4.3.5).

    Have a great day!
