Recurring Events don't generate all instances

Hi there –
I’m showing new recurring events that span into May 2017, ending at the end of the month they are created in instead. The example is a weekly event running April 12 through May 17, that will only generate the three April instances. When re-created in May (for the additional 3 instances), it will only create one event total (the first date in the series).
Let me know what additional information you need to troubleshoot – thank you for your help!

We are sorry to hear about the recurring events not working as you would expect them to.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The first thing I would recommend is checking out your Create recurring events in advance for setting under Events -> Settings -> General to see if that helps.

You will need to re-save your event for this to fully kick-in.

Secondly, would it be possible to get a screenshot of your Edit Event screen (including the recurring event rules) as well as the URL of that specific recurring event ?

Hi Geoff – It looks like the Setting was what did it. It was set for 2 months – I updated it to 3, and the events populated. Thank you for your help – I didn’t know that setting was there. Thanks again!
