MemberGood evening Guillaume,
Thank you for writing back.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, this would be a WooCommerce hook not a hook from our plugin specifically.
The closest I have find to what you are looking for is:- https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21742630/woocommerce-custom-price-based-on-user-input
- https://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/woocommerce-dynamically-change-the-price-of-a-pricing-option-field
You could also search for plugins that let you add additional fees on a per product basis.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Paula,
Thank you for writing back.
This is a real worry as we do need this info.
I could not agree with you more.
<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>I ran some further testing on my end using your theme and a similar layout.</span>On my end I was able to gather all of the attendee info even in the case of several tickets being purchased at once.
Would you mind pointing me to the exact link to the events that are producing these unexpected entries ?
Secondly, this does sound like some type of conflict or memory issue.
The best way to go about this would be to run a full conflict test.Would it be possible for you to have some kind of staging / test installation where you could freely deactivate plugins and themes without disrupting your live site ?
If not, would you mind making a few test purchase on one of these tickets with a quantity of 2 or 3 tickets at a time ?
Also, I dont think I can login as the user to edit as the purchaser as they are guest checkouts, so dont have a login and password
Actually, there is automatically a customer account created from a WordPress point of view when a WooCommerce purchase is made.
So normally, you should totally be able to use to a plugin that allows user toggling.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Andrii and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.is it possible to a page with events displayed by location?
Yes, absolutely, you can do that in a few ways:
- Using our the Events Calendar Pro premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
This allows you to use shortcodes and widgets filtered to your liking: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
- Using our Filter Bar premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
This will add the filters of your choice to the different calendar views.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, this is based on your settings under Events -> Settings -> Tickets (Post types that can have tickets).
Basically, whatever post types are selected there will have the option to add a ticket.
But, tickets will only appear if you create them in the specific page or post type they appear in.In other words, the option is always there, but the tickets will not appear unless you want them to.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Does Event Tickets Plus over ride the original price field?
That is correct. This is done to prevent confusion in pricing.
You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/69f8a033fb614c78b3de45a197431135
This will reinstate the field and its use to display the cost.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Monica and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The simple solution to your needs is to grab a copy of Community Events: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
This is a completely different plugin than Community Tickets.
It does precisely what you are looking for: allow a simple way for your users to post events from the front-end while not being able to create tickets.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Should I create an event with a ticket for each of the 7 or one event, named “Music Festival” and 7 tickets within that event?
This is totally a matter of personal preference since both approaches work:
- Creating 7 events each with their own ticket for a different day
- Creating a very long event that lasts 7 days with 7 tickets (one for each day)
- Creating a recurring event with 7 tickets (one for each day attached to it)
The main difference will be in the presentation of the event in the different calendar views.
Approach number 1 is very clean and displays nicely in all calendar views.
The downside are:
- That it makes it harder to sell a ticket that would last all 7 days – if that is something you offer (as opposed to approach 2).
- That customer need to go through several events if they want to purchase several tickets.
Approach number 2 might not look good in all views.
The upside is that all tickets are centralized in one easy location, making it easier for the customer to purchase.
Approach number 3 is very clean and will look good in all views.
The other upside is that all tickets are centralized in one easy location, making it easier for the customer to purchase.
Furthermore, this approach lets the customer view all tickets in any day of the event.
I would advise option 3.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the end date issue related to your tickets.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, it does sound like there might be some type of conflict at play here.
Could you try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen and seeing if the issue persists ?
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about strings no longer being translated after the latest update.
I would love to help you with this topic. When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
- Your translation files are not up to date
- You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
- The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”
In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, for the record, there are separate language files for the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro. You might have to go through all of them to find what you are looking for.
Finally, the screenshot you have sent me with “month” and “list” is actually a customization.
In other words, this is not how things look out of the box. This means that it is possible that you might have to update your customized theme for things to work.
If my suggestions above do not produce results, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Gibson,
Thank you for the system information.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Additionally, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.

Based on what I was able to see, it sounds like there are not translation for most of your organizers.
I believe the solution is to use the following workaround: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/#venandorg
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Paula and welcome back!
I’m not sure how this has happened as all the fields are mandatory?
This is can happen when somebody changes the quantity of the tickets from the cart. Since we are working on that on another thread together, this should no longer happen.
How can we add these details to the system manually?
You could try using the following plugin: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/0767b38ffcccfbf90817a542253de1d6
This let’s you edit from admin, but it is only a beta plugin.
The other you could do is to use a plugin such as Shop as a customer and edit the info from the purchasers’ “My ticket” screen: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/manually-createedit-attendees/#post-1150512
Let me know if that helps.

I would love to help you with this topic. It looks like there is some conflicting CSS causing this.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-image {
width: 100% !important;
}Let me know how that goes.
