MemberGood evening Mario and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been facing with the organizer while using WPML.
I would love to help you with this topic.I highly recommend reading and using the following guides:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
For one thing you are missing the WPML translation management plugin.
Secondly, I would highly recommend upgrading the PHP version on your server. Your current version is know to cause various issues. You should consider at least PHP 5.4.x+ . In fact, WordPress recommends PHP 7+
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantGood afternoon
thank you for your answer
I added the translation management plugin and I configured all the options following the indications .. but the problem continues, when you want to add the English translation of an event … does not perform the correct translation of the organizer because it always shows the Spanish organizer And I can not change it … I tried changing the theme, deactivating plugins but it still does not work.

MemberGood evening Mario and welcome back!
Based on what I was able to see, it sounds like there are not translation for most of your organizers.
I believe the solution is to use the following workaround: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/#venandorg
Let me know how that goes.

Participantgood morning.
I think it is not a problem of the translation of the organizers since the tests are doing with translated organizers.
I’ve done the tests you gave me:
– I created the organizers before
– I created the event before following the stepsAnd still does not work … and the problem comes when you click to “update” in the English version … following all the steps in the English version everything is correct until you click on “update”
Can you please do a test by creating an event so you can see the problem when you update in English?
