MemberGood evening Kerry and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.
One oddity that I cannot seem to fix is that the calendar is called “Archive” and I cannot find where to change that.
I am pretty sure this comes from your theme.
In most cases, that can be fixed using one of the following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/
If that does not work, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about your 2 issues.
I would love to help you with this topic.1. all events not showing up. Shows page 1, then I click page 2 and says none found, but if I click back to page 1, all events show up
2. Search not working correctly. Search for events near california shows no results but I have numerous events in california
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, it sounds like the Google Maps API is not setup on your site.
I would highly recommend doing that to help with issue number 2: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/Hang in there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the photo view only displaying 2 events.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am noticing that these are all recurring events.
My theory is that the recurring events setting under Events -> Settings -> General is causing this. You could try removing that setting to see if that works.
Additionally, can you try adding a “test” event that is not recurring with a near future date?Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Bronze and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, there is no “switch” for the Events List widget that turns the images off.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-mini-calendar-list-wrapper .tribe-event-image { display: none !important;}Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the extension did not remove the export buttons from your site.

You can always remove the link in one of 2 other ways:
- A template customization of the different views. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
- Using good old CSS to hide the buttons
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-ical, .tribe-events-gcal {display: none !important;}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Carly,
Thank you for writing back.
I would love to help you with that. Here are a couple of follow-up questions:
- Can you confirm that other customers are fine using Stripe?
- Can you tell me exactly what happens to the customer when they try to purchase the wine glass etching ? (messages)
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Angelo,
Thank you for writing back.
The short answer to your question is yes.
To modify the email, you will have to modify its HTML content. If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Another alternative would be to perform all your desired changes on a “dummy” WordPress page in the visual editor. Once that is done, you can simply “Steal the HTML” (either from the “Text” tab or using “View source” while viewing the page preview).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
