MemberGood evening Caroline and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. Is it possible to set up an event with different dates and times?
The short answer is yes.
You can do that using our the Events Calendar Pro premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
<p style=”text-align: left;”>This allows you to setup event series: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
Let me know if that helps.Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Aeky and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe this is a very similar question to the one you asked here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/translate-plugin/
Most of the time, if you are unable to find a string, it means that:
- You are not looking in the correct language file (some of the strings are found in the Events Calendar language files)
- The language file you are looking needs an update
- The string you are looking to translate is using variables (e.g.: %s)
Let me know if that helps and if there is another specific example you are looking for.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. If you have not already done so, I highly recommend reading the 3 following articles on translation:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-override-plugin-language-files/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/incomplete-translations/
With that in mind, I believe the strings you are looking for are located in the Events Calendar language files (not in Community Events’).
Probably something like Create or Search a %s .
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you were expecting CSV scheduling with Event Aggregator.
I would love to help you with this topic. The schedule CSV option has always been only a manual one.
I believe a product such as WP All import Pro would be more appropriate for your goal: http://www.wpallimport.com/
After a quick setup wizard, you should be good to go.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Miguel,
Thank you for writing back.
T0 give your users access to add tickets, you either need to:
- Get a copy of Community tickets (which integrates perfectly with Community events): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
This is the simplest solution and the one that I recommend.
- Give the Sports club some level of WP Admin access (with a custom WordPress role probably).
As stated above, I believe that in your case, Community tickets is the way to go.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30 day full refund on all our plugins. That should give you enough time to decide if you like it.
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Rob and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.is it possible for users to book more than one ticket simultaneously? could I book tickets for myself and my family at the same time?
The answer is yes you can.
Should you wish to, you can even ask attendee information for each of these tickets.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
With that in mind, here are a couple of links to our best title-changing articles. Hopefully these will serve as inspiration:

MemberGood afternoon Rich and welcome back,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe this issue is caused by the fact that your version of the Events Calendar Pro is outdated by a couple of versions.
The best solution to this is:
- Deactivate and delete the Events Calendar Pro
- Download the latest version here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Install it via the Add new plugin interface
- Activate the plugin
- Try the license key again
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Andaiye,
Thank you for writing back.
Open your theme files and you will see a /wooCommerce/ folder. These are templates (views) override that modify the normal behaviour of WooCommerce: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
Everything should still work perfectly without them, it might just look and behave differently. This was done by your theme author.
The issue is that over time, these need to be updated to work properly AND at other times, they simply bypass the normal WooCommerce behaviour, which in turn can interfere with other plugins (as you just found out).As mentioned previously, if you temporarily rename the /wooCommerce/ folder to /z_wooCommerce/ in your WordPress theme, the issue disappears.
This means that if you go through every single file and folder in there and temporarily rename them, eventually, you should be able to find the culprit.

I would love to help you with this topic.why the past events disappear from the calendar view on my site?
To confirm, you mean that these events are viewable in the backend (wp-admin), but not on the front-end.
Can you tell me if these are recurring events by any chance ?
If so, this is probably due to your setting under Events -> Settings -> General (Clean up recurring events after)If not, would it be possible to have an example event and its front-end URL ?
Also, I’ve tried to customize colors here and there but the changes don’t show at all.
This is because Avada uses its own customizer for the Events Calendar colors.
You will find that interface under the theme options.Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Mark,
I am sorry for the delay getting back to you as we are experiencing higher levels than usual.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.I have run some additional tests on your test server.
Would you mind upgrading to the latest version of our plugins on that install. On my end, I would like to escalate this to our residential WPML code ninja to see what he has to say.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Katie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing you need to do is to get familiar with our template / view customization operates.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Once that is done, you will need to edit the single page template in a similar fashion as described here: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/custom-sidebar/
Finally, you will need to upload the modified template file not only in the tribe-events folder, but in the right sub-folder within it (following the same path as it is found under the /views/ folder in the Events Calendar)
In case you are still struggling, please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberOoops, I pressed “send” a bit quickly. My bad!
One other question is how can I change the grey color scheme of the day of the week section to a custom color?
In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-fonts-and-colours/

Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
