MemberGood evening Abigail and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your findings.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while updating Event Tickets Plus. Yikes! I would love to help you with this topic.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Additionally, please note that the Event Rocket is known to break several features since version 4.x of our plugins. I would highly recommend deactivating and deleting that plugin to ensure proper operation of your site.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Dawid,
I understand you perfectly.
The only thing our plugins do not offer is the ability to book a range of date that would translate into “tickets” (in your case that would tickets = guides).
Unless you are willing to do some important customizations, for that reason I do not believe our products are a match for your needs.
You can read about customizations here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking at booking plugins.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Kerry,
Thank you for writing back.
Your theory is totally worth checking out. You can change the “events” URL to whatever you like.
You simply need to:- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and change it
- Re-save your permalinks
If that does not work, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.To change “Buy Now” to “Book Now”, you could editing the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/29903a974cb84060957881c17613c278
As for the button color,
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-button {
background-color: #a0ce4e !important;
color: #fff;
}Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.You are right. Our current support of tickets for recurring events is fairly limited.
By default, Event Tickets Plus does work.
However, it only allows for one set of tickets for ALL the recurring events.In other words, all of the events in the series are using the same ticket pool.
For some of our customers, that works.Compatibility is in the works, but at this point we cannot commit to a release date unfortunately.
The only work around is to:
- create the recurring event series
- break all the events from the series
- add tickets to the events indidually
The obvious downside is that these are no longer true recurring events, but rather a bunch of independent events.
As per your 2 other plugins:
- Tickets for WooCommerce has evolved into Event Tickets Plus. So this is not a different plugin.
- Box office is a great plugin. If you keep the integration simple (paste the WooCommerce product code in each individual event) I believe that could work.
As for the system information sharing, on certain servers, it simply not possible to keep it ticked.
I would not overly worry about that though. Worst case being, you can always paste the info in a private reply.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.This seems to be coming from the way your theme handles Archives (which our plugin relies on).
One thing worth experimenting with is to try different settings under Events -> Settings -> Display for Events Template to see if that helps.
If not, you will need to add a conditional to the way your theme renders post-type-archive-tribe_events so that the H1 tag is not generated.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, I went to http://semecaelacasaencima.com/eventos/ and it looks like the images are of a normal size (3 images per row).
Could you send me a screenshot of what you mean ?

I would love to help you with this topic.The short answer to your question is no. We are not the owner or the authors of that third-party plugin.
Normally, you should not need to buy another plugin for shortcodes if you already have the Events Calendar Pro:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Let me know if that helps.

I would love to help you with this topic.What is going on is that your CSS rule does not have priority over the default one.
Try using the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox instead:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-cost {
position: relative !important;
}Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the calendar disappearing on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.As a first step, I would recommend to try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the calendar appears.
If so, you might want to revert back to your theme, but this time try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display.
For now, I would not overly worry about the license key issue.
In the meantime however, I would recommend updating the Events Calendar Pro to the latest version manually on the staging site.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood afternoon Maria and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Under normal circumstances, I would just switch the product license for you.
However, Community tickets is not a standalone product. It actually extends other plugins.For Community tickets to run properly, you will need:
- the Events Calendar
- Event Tickets
- Event Tickets Plus
- Community Events
We even have a bundle for that: https://theeventscalendar.com/bundle-community-manager
As or the product vendors plugin integration, I cannot guarantee anything, but I am pretty sure it boils down to a WordPress user capabilities and permissions issue.
In other words, you will need to add the proper capabilities to the vendor role for them to be able to add events and tickets. You might need a bit of customization too. But I am pretty sure the integration is feasible.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
