    Hey,

    So last time I asked, I think I havent explained my scenario properly as after I purchased the Event Tickets Plus I think it’s not fully what I require so I will try to explain my situation as clearly as posibble this time.

    At the top will sit the Venues. Venue A / Venue B / Venue C.

    Each venues will have a number of individual packages. e.g. Package A / Package B / Package C.

    For each package I want the customer to be able to view available dates and pick a date they wish for their trip. ( So I need to have the ability of setting when the event/package starts and when the event/package ends.)

    Each packages will also have number of tickets ( guides ) available per day or less than usualy if it’s been already booked or one guide is not available. So probably the best solution would be to have the ability to have number of tickets available for the given date.

    I basically need the customer to sign up, give me their preffered date for the trip and basic information which then I will confirm the booking.

    I am still finding my feet as I am new to this but I tried my best to explain this as clearly as possible. Hopefully all is clear!

    It also seems like I require events calendar pro to do this the way I want to.

    Thank you for reaching out to us again with a more detailed explanation of what you need.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Overall, most of what you are describing is possible with the combination of the Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.

    The only thing that is not (if I understand your need correctly) is

    More specifically, the issue is that our products allow you to “book” pre-established “packages” for pre-established dates.

    In other word, it is not possible (at least for now) to book resources for a dynamic user-generated date range.

    This is mostly due to the fact that we offer an event-based approach to things as opposed to a full-fledged dynamic resource-booking system.

    If, on the other hand, you do not mind selling fixed date packages, than our products should meet all of your needs.

    OK, so ill try to explain it this way:

    If I have a packages, I want it to run from March to December as an example. I then want people to book indivudal days in between those months. Once they book a day, one less spot would be available since we only have 2 or 3 guides per packages and they all will have different availability ranges. That’s why I brought up that what i need is actually the ability for customers to pick dates they want to book but also see what’s been booked and is not available. I also want the ability to exlude certain dates from being available.

    Now it might be the case that I missed the fucntionality somewhere so again I apologise for all the questions.

    Good evening Dawid,

    I understand you perfectly.

    The only thing our plugins do not offer is the ability to book a range of date that would translate into “tickets” (in your case that would tickets = guides).

    Unless you are willing to do some important customizations, for that reason I do not believe our products are a match for your needs.

    If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

    Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking at booking plugins.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
