ParticipantUsing EDD Tickets — the display is broken on all pages with tickets — the pages don’t full load, and ticket sales options not displayed. This seems to have stared with most recent update.
My wp error log is also filled with this notation:
PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/…../wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/EDD/Main.php on line 793
I don’t know if that is related or not, because the error started on 7/11/17 but I have only noticed the ticket display now, and I installed most recent update on 7/13.

ParticipantI am also seeing this in my error logs:
[15-Jul-2017 19:13:10 UTC] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}', expecting elseif (T_ELSEIF) or else (T_ELSE) or endif (T_ENDIF) in .../wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/eddtickets/tickets.php on line 119July 15, 2017 at 1:37 pm #1321793Abigail Marshall
ParticipantOK, it looks like the problem was a bug in the new tickets.php 4.5.2 template for events ticket plus — so basically code that you need to fix.
I downloaded the previous plugin version (4.5.1) and uploaded the eddtickets/tickets.php to my child theme, and the problem is resolved.
So I’m marking this resolved for me…. but you probably need to take a look at the coding for your template — looks like a problem in the template between lines 96-107, where a new filter was added between versions 4.5.1 and 4.5.2.

MemberGood evening Abigail and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for sharing your findings.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered while updating Event Tickets Plus. Yikes! I would love to help you with this topic.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Additionally, please note that the Event Rocket is known to break several features since version 4.x of our plugins. I would highly recommend deactivating and deleting that plugin to ensure proper operation of your site.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

This isn’t necessary because I tested with Twenty Fifteen and the problem I noted persisted. So it wasn’t related to the theme.
Thank you for the info about the Event Rocket plugin — I have disabled that plugin and tested, and the error with the tickets.php template persisted.
As noted, there is no problem with the previous template and I am currently using that on my site.

MemberGood evening Abigail,
Thank you for writing back.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. We are actively working on a solution for this.
Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.Best regards,
