Under normal circumstances, I would just switch the product license for you.
However, Community tickets is not a standalone product. It actually extends other plugins.
For Community tickets to run properly, you will need:
- the Events Calendar
- Event Tickets
- Event Tickets Plus
- Community Events

As or the product vendors plugin integration, I cannot guarantee anything, but I am pretty sure it boils down to a WordPress user capabilities and permissions issue.
In other words, you will need to add the proper capabilities to the vendor role for them to be able to add events and tickets. You might need a bit of customization too. But I am pretty sure the integration is feasible.
