    Good evening Lorena,

Thank you for writing back and answering my questions.

I must say that I am a bit puzzled as I am able to see your past events when I go on your site.

In the list view: http://www.scovillelibrary.org/events/list/?tribe_paged=2&tribe_event_display=past (after clicking on the “Previous events” link twice at the bottom of the page)

In the calendar view http://www.scovillelibrary.org/events/2017-05/ (after clicking on “June” and then “May” at the bottom of the page)

You see, by default, the calendar shows the upcoming events or the current month. Perhaps you would like a different default behaviour?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Ryan and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the plugin’s update.
I would love to help you with this topic.

You are right, it seems like the license is indeed tied to http://www.delraylibrary.org/

In any case, the simplest solution is to:

    1. Deactivate and delete the Events Calendar Pro (this is risk-free)
    2. Download the latest version here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. Install the .zip file using the “Add new” option from the Plugins menu
    4. Activate the plugin

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

Good evening and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets no longer displaying. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the “Edit Event” screen ?
More specifically, I am interested in the start and end sale date of your tickets (you will need to click on “Edit ticket” for that).

Typically when tickets do not appear, it means that there start sale date has not yet been met OR that the event is in the past.

The usual cure is to remove the event start sale date.

    Hang in there!

Good evening Ryan and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently we do not officially support Community events with WPML.
However, there are 2 good news:

    1. We absolutely plan to. There is no release date yet, but it is part of our roadmap
    2. Some of our customers have managed to achieve just that with a bit of tweaking. You might want to read this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/automatically-duplicating-added-event-calandar-items-on-publish-with-wpml/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Karen,

    Thank you for writing back.
I am glad you made some progress.

You are right. The relative rule works better when there is a featured image with the event.

Provided what you are looking for, I would highly recommend customizing the list view.
It is actually easier than you might think.

You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    Best regards,

Good evening Sarvanshu and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the display not being great for single events.
I would love to help you with this topic.

If you have not already done so, sometimes, playing with different settings for Events Template helps.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .single-tribe_events #tribe-events-pg-template, .single-tribe_events .tribe-events-pg-template {
    max-width: 95% !important;
    }

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Brent and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the map view changing on you.
I would love to help you with this topic.

One thing I am noticing is that your the Events Calendar Pro copy is really out of date.
The current version is 4.4.13. I would highly recommend updating that first.

If you are seeing the update, then head over to http://numanainc.com/wp-admin/update-core.php

If you are still not seeing it, I would recommend deactivating and deleting the Events Calendar Pro and installing a fresh copy from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-map-event-description {display: none!important}

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

Good evening Daniel and welcome back!

The short answer is yes. There are several themes out there that integrate with our plugins very well. Eventica and Avada come to mind among others.

You might want to use the word “template” in your Google search.

You can even snag a copy of our wpshindig theme here: http://wpshindig.com/download-mt-demo-theme/

Let me know if that helps.

Good evening Marco and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about all the issues impacting your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There is a chance that some of the issues you are experiencing are caused by the fact that you are using an older version of WooCommerce.

As with any update, it is preferable to:

    1. Make a backup of your plugins and database first.
    2. Test your updates in a staging/testing environment

You will also need to make sure that your WooCommerce plugins are compatible with its latest version.

If updating does not solve your issues, there are 2 additional things you could do:

    1. You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.

Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.

This usually cures all email sending issues

    2. You could downgrade back to the previous version of our plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version, at least until you can figure out what the issue is

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Tim,

    Thank you for writing back.

Every theme is very different in how it is built. Without seeing the files it is very hard to say.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Good evening Paula,

I believe I have the most excellent news for you.
Could you please install the following plugin: attendee-data-editor

This will let you add attendee data to ALL existing tickets.

    Here are some instructions:

    • This plugin adds an “Edit Details” link to the attendee table, next to the existing “View Details” toggle
    • Clicking this should bring up a dismissable modal
    • The same form that we expose to authenticated users on the frontend (to edit their attendee data) should be exposed within this modal
    • On save, any changes should successfully be committed

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
