    Recently our tickets disappeared from our event page. All of the event details display, as well as the “Tickets” headline, but the interactive “Add to Cart” portion is gone.

    One thing to note is that the “Display Attendees” was also toggled on, when it should have been the reverse.

    Theme: The7 (however having tested the issue in Twenty-Sixteen it is still absent.)

    We are sorry to hear about the tickets no longer displaying. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the “Edit Event” screen ?
    More specifically, I am interested in the start and end sale date of your tickets (you will need to click on “Edit ticket” for that).

    Typically when tickets do not appear, it means that there start sale date has not yet been met OR that the event is in the past.

    The usual cure is to remove the event start sale date.
