Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently we do not officially support Community events with WPML.
However, there are 2 good news:

1. We absolutely plan to. There is no release date yet, but it is part of our roadmap
2. Some of our customers have managed to achieve just that with a bit of tweaking. You might want to read this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/automatically-duplicating-added-event-calandar-items-on-publish-with-wpml/
