Good evening Arthur and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with trying to setup sale prices.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Can you tell me if the sales price shows up correctly in the single event page (in spite of how it looks in the “Edit ticket” section)?

Can you also share with me a screenshot of your Sales setting ?

Finally, can you tell me if the issue persists when you temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen ?

    Hang in there!

Good evening Peter and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

How do I change the size of the font of the main title on a mobile device?

In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/

To have different display rules for mobile, you will need to use @media CSS rules. Here is a pretty nice article on this topic: https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2010/07/how-to-use-css3-media-queries-to-create-a-mobile-version-of-your-website/

In short, this will let you have different font sizes for mobile (among other things).

Could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

This way I could give you an example of what that means.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Good evening Jose and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

The short answer is almost yes. Not in the checkout step, but in the order details.

To achieve this you will need:

    1. Event Tickets
    2. Event Tickets Plus
    3. WooCommerce
    4. The following extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Yosua and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Technically tickets are meant to be used with either events or posts (page, post, custom post type).

Although they are WooCommerce simple virtual products, the additional attendee fields will not appear if the product is not used in the context of an event or a post.

With that in mind, I will ask our coding ninjas to see if this would be possible somehow.
Hang tight as I follow-up on this for you.

    Best regards,

Good evening George and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have faced while trying to integrate our plugins with Qtranslate. I would love to help you with this topic.

Unfortunately, we do not support Qtranslate.
However, the good news is that we officially support WPML for multi-language sites: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wpml-support/

The other good news (although unsupported officially) is that several of our customers have also achieved satisfactory integration with Polylang.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Good evening Ana or Henry (I am a bit confused here),

I am super stoked that you found a solution.
You might want to delete all of the test events on your site.

You can totally set a default ticket quantity value to one.

You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/5b57df71be8b52f595817ddbf81acdab

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Abigail,

    Thank you for writing back.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a solution for this.

Alas, I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Robert,

    Thank you for writing back.

I am super stoked that you are making progress on this.
    Kudos!

Regarding the alignment of your button, the issue is that your theme seems to have a margin-bottom for all form CSS elements.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-event-cost form {margin-bottom: 0px!important}

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
