ParticipantI’m having an issue on a client’s site where some calendar functions aren’t working. Upon further inspection, I noticed there’s a new version available and that might be causing the issues; however, it says I’m out of installs. I checked the article that talks about why I’m seeing that message but none of those things apply to me. We aren’t using the key on any other sites and I just purchased this recently. It is important the client has this working quickly so a quick response is appreciated.

MemberGood evening Ryan and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with the plugin’s update.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, it seems like the license is indeed tied to http://www.delraylibrary.org/
In any case, the simplest solution is to:
- Deactivate and delete the Events Calendar Pro (this is risk-free)
- Download the latest version here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Install the .zip file using the “Add new” option from the Plugins menu
- Activate the plugin
Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantThank you for your quick response Geoff. The key issue has been resolved but we’re still having an issue with the events on the calendar going to a missing page.

MemberGood evening Ryan,
Thank you for writing back.
I am glad you are making progress on this.Regarding your other issue, I would recommend trying the following:
- Go over to Events -> Settings -> General and change the single event slug to something different (e.g.: events instead of event)
- Re-save your permalinks.
If that does not work, try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.
