Good evening Randy and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on your page.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Most of the time, this issue is caused by the presence of a “Start ticket sale date”.
Simply put, the tickets will not show until that date is met.

Simply removing the “start sale date” should fix the issue.

If it does not, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Marcus,

    Thank you for writing back.

You can also control this via view customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

If this is the standard behavior, then there is still the term entry.

Would you mind providing me with a screenshot of what you mean by that ?

which I think is a bit wrong

    I totally see your point.
With that in mind, you would be surprised by how diverse the needs of different customers are in that area.

But to your point, the good news is that everything is pretty easy to customize (especially when it comes down to removing).

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Leo,

Thank you for writing back and sharing your solution.

We will definitely take a look into the compatibility with that option and get back to you.
What is probably going on is that WPML also has its own caching system.

You are welcome back in our support forums any time 🙂

For now, I am going to close this thread.

    Have a great week!

    Good evening and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the update not appearing for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.

On some installations using specific versions, the updates do not appear when:

    1. The license key is not entered under Events -> Settings -> Licence Keys
    2. You look under the Plugins page. On these versions, they appear under the [your site’s URL]/wp-admin/update-core.php

If that does not work, you can safely delete the Events Calendar Pro.

Once that is done, walk over to the Downloads page: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and grab the latest version of the Events Calendar Pro

You can now install the .zip file via the Add Plugin interface.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Good evening Mark and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Unfortunately, it seems you have removed that link from your live calendar.
If you could leave it in place, that would help me troubleshoot.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

    Hang in there!

Good evening Jason and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us. You have clearly given this some thought.

I would love to help you with this topic.

Unfortunately, as you have found out, the issue is that the attendee info fields are proprietary to Event Tickets Plus, not WooCommerce.

The only way to combine them at the time of writing would be to do some customization.

You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/

If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

With that in mind, I would encourage you to vote for that feature here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6388546-support-woo-product-variations-within-wootickets

As an alternative, you can also try using your approach with another third-party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-fields-factory/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

Good evening Marcus and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The price displaying in several places is actually default behaviour.

The simplest way to control that is with CSS.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .single-tribe_events .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost {
    display: none!important;
    }

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,

Good evening Ian and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with ticket emailing options.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

If it does, you could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ff8863230e5a05b9303#file-tribe-tickets-plus-prevent-emails-php

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening AJ and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you had downloading our plugin.
I would love to help you with this topic.

By the looks of it, this was only a temporary system glitch. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

If I am not mistaking, everything should work properly now.
    Can you please confirm ?

    Best regards,

Good evening Dan and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-venue-details .tribe-postal-code, .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-venue-details .tribe-country-name, .tribe-events-event-meta address.tribe-events-address .tribe-postal-code, .tribe-events-event-meta address.tribe-events-address .tribe-country-name {display: none !important}

    .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-venue-details .tribe-region, .tribe-events-event-meta address.tribe-events-address .tribe-region {margin-left: 4px;}

Let me know how that goes.

Good evening Betim and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am sorry to hear about your previous thread closing automatically.
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a side note, it appears that the following script is not loaded through https on your site: /wp-includes/js/wp-emoji-release.min.js

You might want to look into that as it is creating a mixed content error message. It might help with the issue at hand.

There are also a couple of other troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Would you mind removing the API key altogether temporarily and see if that makes any difference ?
    2. Can you check if there is a “Merge Duplicate Venues” button available under Events -> Settings -> General and if so, can you click it ?
    3. Can you tell me if you are under a shared hosting program (or are you using a VPS) ?

Finally, if you have not already done so, can you go through the following article with great attention to details: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/

The reason I am bringing this up is because Google Maps API keys have undergone some changes over time and have grown stricter. It needs to be set just right in order to work.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
