Unable to get a ticket to show up on a page

We are unable to get a ticket to show up on a page. I don’t believe this plugin is working properly. Can someone take a look?

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on your page.
I would love to help you with this topic.

Most of the time, this issue is caused by the presence of a “Start ticket sale date”.
Simply put, the tickets will not show until that date is met.

Simply removing the “start sale date” should fix the issue.

If it does not, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

Well, I actually don’t have time for a bunch of test. Needed it work right away. I had to switch to a different solution. Here is the theme we use. https://theme.co/pro/
