Good evening Betim and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to hear about your previous thread closing automatically.
I would love to help you with this topic.
As a side note, it appears that the following script is not loaded through https on your site: /wp-includes/js/wp-emoji-release.min.js
You might want to look into that as it is creating a mixed content error message. It might help with the issue at hand.
There are also a couple of other troubleshooting steps you can take:
- Would you mind removing the API key altogether temporarily and see if that makes any difference ?
- Can you check if there is a “Merge Duplicate Venues” button available under Events -> Settings -> General and if so, can you click it ?
- Can you tell me if you are under a shared hosting program (or are you using a VPS) ?
Finally, if you have not already done so, can you go through the following article with great attention to details: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
The reason I am bringing this up is because Google Maps API keys have undergone some changes over time and have grown stricter. It needs to be set just right in order to work.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
