    When I try selecting no options for sending tickets in an email, the options are automatically selected again.

    How do I choose no to select no email triggers for tickets or ‘When should tickets be emailed to customers?’

    We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with ticket emailing options.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
