MemberGood evening Richard and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe using the following extension will do just the trick: attendee-data-editor
This plugin adds an “Edit Details” link to the attendee table, next to the existing “View Details” toggle.
Clicking this should bring up a dismissable modal
The same form that we expose to authenticated users on the frontend (to edit their attendee data) should be exposed within this modal
On save, any changes should successfully be committed
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. Our old calendar plugin allowed end users to submit events for posting on the calendar. Can I do this with Event Calendar PRO?
The Events Calendar Pro is a pretty amazing plugin packed with awesome features that extend the Events Calendar.
However, it does not offer front-end users to submit events.
The good news is that we have another plugin that does this perfectly and that is 100% compatible with the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro.
That plugin is Community Events: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. When we remove the license keys from production (for the purpose of updating/testing the 3 plugins on staging), will the 3 plugins continue to function on production while the license keys are pointing to staging?
Everything will continue to work perfectly.
The only important consequence is that you will temporarily loose the ability to access auto-update of these plugins while the license key has been moved.Let me know if that helps.

Secondly, could you try to:
- Re-save your permalinks to see if that helps
- Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that changes anything
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.Downgrading is a great idea, however, you need to make sure that you have “matching versions” between the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro.
By matching, I mean released and available around the same period in time.
As such, downgrading Pro, but keeping the rest at the latest version might not always work.
Especially since you were upgrading from Pro 4.4.5It might take a bit of trial and error, but luckily, you have all the previous versions available here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
With that in mind, I believe the issue might lie elsewhere.
More specifically, here are a couple of possible causes:- A cache setting in WP Fastest cache or P3 profiler
- A conflict with our built-in monthly view cache setting found under Events -> Settings -> Display
- A conflict with your WordPress theme. Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps
Ideally, these tests are better conducted in a staging environment.
The idea is to remove these settings, and deactivate these plugins to see if that helps. Please make sure to flush your permalinks every step of the way.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Steph,
Thank you for writing back.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I believe you might be on to something. Since reverting to a default theme did not help, it looks like caching might be at play.
Either:
- WP Fastest cache (not necessarily the plugin itself, but some of its settings)
- Our built-in month view cache setting found under Events -> Settings -> Display
- Browser cache
- Optimization settings impacting display
So my next recommendation would be to temporarily undo every single caching/optimization setting and turn off all caching plugins.
Once that is done, test the changes again (including reverting back to a default theme), but make sure you test these changes in a private browsing window. This will guarantee that browser cache does not get in the way.
Finally, it is worth re-saving that specific event on your end, just to see what happens.
Let me know how that goes.

We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I took a look at your links.
It looks like the event appears here: https://draftbernie.org/events/list/ , but not in the map view. The most likely cause being the geolocation of the venue.
There are a couple of things I would recommend for any venue where you find a similar situation:- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and scroll down. See if a “Merge Duplicate venues” button appears. If so, click on it and see if that helps.
- Go to Edit Venue and try to check the “Use latitude and longitude” option for that venue. See if that helps.
- Do a Google search for that venue’s name and use the exact same address format as found in Google Maps. Update the venue and see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

This is really appreciated.I am really glad you were able to get things working.
Is this because the sites’ web addresses are different?
Absolutely. QR codes will change when the URL does.
So yes, in short, if you have not changed the URLs on your live site, the QR codes will still work.
If you did, the only workaround I could think of is to use a redirection plugin so that the old URLs point to the new ones.Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Scott,
Thank you for writing back.
I am super stoked that you were able to make some progress on this.
Is there a way to replace that link with a link that takes you back to the calendar that is specific to the artist? Or a way to remove it all together?
Yes, you can customize pretty much anything in any of our calendar views using either a snippet in the functions.php of your WordPress theme or by doing a view/template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
If this is a bit too involved to your liking, you can simply hide the links with CSS.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.tribe-events-back, #tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav, #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav {display: none !important}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Johan,
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.Your questions and concerns are highly relevant in your specific situation.
In order to avoid any confusion, my recommended solution was not to display RSS from the event site, but rather to actually import the events themselves. That being said, it is possible that a simple RSS feed integration would indeed be more suited to your needs. If you want to go down that route, if you have not already done so, I would highly recommend reading:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/
does that mean the plugins stop to work on the other 99 sites?
What that means is that the imports will stop for the day when the limit is reached.
They will resume in a queue-like fashion the next day until the limit is reached again (or not if the volume is lower).I thought there existed a way for an arbitrary amount of others to subscribe and display that feed
As you have read in the articles above, people can subscribe and display the events RSS feeds all they want. You can even customize the feed a tad.
The downside, is that things are limited to what the articles describes unfortunately.
Hopefully that is enough for what you need.

Geoff B.

I typically recommend a private reply for that purpose.
