OK so this sucks. I purchase your product and the email link for download does not work. HELP

I have installed the pro version but when I go to an event I get this

I just realized that the mailchimp addon for Ninja is conflicting with
your pro version. I deactivated the mailchimp addon to Ninja forms and
the error is gone.Any ideas what I could do to resolve that. I would like to link to
mailchimp from my ninja formsDon

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, could you send me a link to a .zip file containing the exact versions of Ninja forms and the add-on found on your install (via a link to Dropbox or Google drive).
I typically recommend a private reply for that purpose.
