MemberHey Harrison
I’d like to know more about your multisite setup first. Our personal license or event other license options might be sufficient for your needs and save you some money.
You can use other license options in most cases on a multisite. The only catch is that some plugins may not receive the update notification, and you’d need to manually update those sites. It would also be helpful if only troubleshooting one subsite for you to manually send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/.
If you have more than 10 subsites total, you’d definitely need the multisite license. However, under that limit, you can use any of our plugins on as many subsites as you’d like.
Does this help clarify pricing options?
Thanks

MemberHi Joel
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
It looks like https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/cant-create-any-events-tickets/#post-1341495 we were waiting to hear from you on this. If we can continue to provide support, we will.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Anne
Were you able to try the updates recommended at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/months-view-not-showing-events-2/ ? I believe that will resolve this bug for you.
Thanks

MemberHey Melanie
It looks like your WordPress version is a bit out of date. WP is currently on 4.8.2. I’d suggest updating that. If at all possible, do so on a staging server or clone the whole site to a private sub-directory and test the updates when they aren’t on a “live” site.
It’s also worth Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Leslie
Hello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
To help troubleshoot further, we need to see your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. Can you please send that along?
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Kurt
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/ is the get-started guide for Event Tickets Plus.
Can you check on the currency symbol at Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Default currency symbol. This might still show a $ vs an R.
Please let me know if that helps.
Thanks

MemberHey Jeffrey
Event Aggregator comes inside of The Events Calendar. If you view your installed plugins, it won’t appear there. It just has a license key field in your Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses. Since you haven’t purchased, it should definitely be blank.
Can you remove the Events Calendar Pro license, hit save, then re-add it? I’m curious why Event Aggregator is prompting you about a license if the box is blank.
Thanks

MemberHey Mike
Take a look at our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events/. At the top in our navigation bar, you can see “add your event” which links to http://wpshindig.com/events/community/add. You can choose to make people register before submitting, or not.
You’d need to add something somewhere to your site asking users to submit an event, or provide them with the link for submitting it.
Does that make sense?
Thanks
