From the system info and website address, I can now see that you are not running “The Events Calendar”. To reorder where tickets appear, there are 2 options.
- Install “The Events Calendar“. It is free, and would create an /events page within your site. You wouldn’t have to reveal that page, but the plugin would make the Location of Tickets option appear.
- Here’s a mini plugin that hides the Ticket forms areas including RSVP. It then allows you to reinsert them elsewhere using this shortcode: [event_tickets_forms_display]
https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2016/08/tribe-snippet-tickets-shortcode-2016-08-11.zip
I hope one of these methods resolves this for you.
Thanks again,

MemberHi Linas
The first step is to get the email addresses of attendees. Go to WPAdmin → Events. Then hover over the event you want to send an email reminder about. Select Attendees.
From there, you can export the attendees as a .csv file. You can usually import a .csv file into your email newsletter system.
Let me know if this helps!

MemberHi Kristy
I’d like to help troubleshoot this further. Can you provide the domain name and your System Info?
In the meantime, you can also try going to WPAdmin → Events → Settings → Tickets. Then modify Location of Tickets form.
Keep me posted!
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHey Lane
To help me troubleshoot further, can you send along your System Info?
Also, have you tried Testing for Conflicts? By disabling and enabling each plugin one at a time, we might find the source issue. If that doesn’t work, we should see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme.
Keep me posted!
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Joachim,
I’m unable to see the system info on your account at the moment. Can you try resending that?
Also, have you disabled each plugin? You can do this one at a time. See Testing for Conflicts for more help.
If the plugins aren’t the issue, then it’d be time to try one of the default WordPress themes briefly to see if that is the issue.
Keep me posted!
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney

MemberHi Camilla
Can you go to WPAdmin → Events → Settings → Disable the Event Search Bar and make sure the box is unchecked?
Let me know if this helps.

MemberSorry you are still having issues there Avary.
It seems that all else is working inside WordPress, with the Events Calendar Pro plugin, and with your RSS feed. I’d suggest reaching out to support with your email newsletter provider. The code looks like Mailchimp, so maybe check with this article too.
Please let us know what they say.
Thanks,

MemberThanks Annette,
Can you point me to the specific page/post that has the widget list viewable? I looked around on the home page, blog, and a post within the blog and wasn’t seeing a widget from our plugins.

MemberHi Lane
Can you compare the featured image size of the posts that are showing with those that are not?
What are you experiencing when you hover over images?
Hoping I can help narrow down the issues here.
Thanks,
CourtneyCourtney
MemberHi Annette
You can select which display you’d prefer to have on /Events by going to WPAdmin → Events → Settings → Display. Then change your Default View to Photo. I believe this is the featured image view you were looking for.
The font size adjustment is set in your CSS. See the Themer’s Guide for more about custom styles.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Avary
I checked your RSS Feed at Feed Validator and by adding it to Feedly. It appears to be mostly working. What I did see was an issue with the last paragraph on this event. Can you try temporarily taking that paragraph out and check again on Feed Validator?
Thanks
