Have Pro Calendar and a Verified License Key, but Importer is still grayed out

I’ve attached a photo of what my importer looks like. I have no caching plugins or anything of the sort installed, but I can’t select anything other than CSV to import from. Please help? Is there a setting somewhere I missed that unlocks these?

Hey Nicolas

The import features you are looking for are part of Event Aggregator. That is a different product than Events Calendar Pro.

If you purchased the one expecting features of the other, we can swap the license for you. Can you let me know how you’d like to proceed?
