Can’t create any Events / Tickets

    I recently purchased and installed Events Tickets Plus. I am only getting 4 options under “Events” in my dashboard.
    Those options are: Settings, Ticket Fieldsets, Help and Event Add-Ons. I don’t see the options that are in your demo video.

    Help would be appreciated, thanks : )

    Thanks for reaching out!

    While Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus can be used to add tickets to many different post types and therefore do not need to be used with our free The Events Calendar plugin, most of our users do use these plugins together. Some of the options you see in the videos are actually coming from that plugin. So, if you are wanting to create events, display calendars, etc., you can download the plugin here. After that, you should see the missing options appear!

    Hey Jennifer,

    If I try using Events Ticket Plus by itself, I get an error at the top of
    the page – “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, please install and activate
    the latest version of Event Tickets

    and
    ensure its own requirements have been met.”
    I’ve reinstalled the plugin, and continue to get the error.

    Virus-free.

    Hi Joel,

    I’m sorry I should have mentioned this before, but Event Tickets Plus does require Event Tickets. This is our free ticketing plugin, and Event Tickets Plus actually extends its functionality. Can you try installing that and see if the message disappears?

    If you have installed and activated both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, can you please share your system info with me and send a screenshot of what you are seeing on your Plugins page in the Dashboard?
