events are not displaying in calendar month view

Hi Courtney,

I’m experiencing the same issue as other users, events are not displaying in month view. I’ve updated the plugin to the newest version though.

Can you advise what to do?

Hey Melanie

It looks like your WordPress version is a bit out of date. WP is currently on 4.8.2. I’d suggest updating that. If at all possible, do so on a staging server or clone the whole site to a private sub-directory and test the updates when they aren’t on a “live” site.

It’s also worth Testing for Conflicts https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
