MemberHi, Meg.
Please see this other thread where I answered what I think is the same question: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/changes-to-tooltip-php-not-taking-effect/
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Leonardo.
Firstly, make sure you’re logged in as a wp-admin Administrator before scanning a ticket.
Secondly, you posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it (or accidentally if you forgot to login first). If you do have a paid account login with at least one current license, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

We won’t be able to provide you with updates or support unless you purchase Event Tickets Plus (ET+) directly from us.
We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Mike.
Do you basically just want a printer-friendly view of https://searchparker.com/events/ or are you wanting a specific list of events to be printed?
For example:
Website List of Upcoming Events:
- Event A
- Event B
- Event C
- Event D
- Event E
- Event F
Printed List of Upcoming Events:
- Event C
- Event F

MemberHi, John.
I’m not clear what you mean by “have a list of attendees that were not attained through the event” but please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-tickets/ and let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Anne-Marie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Josh.
That link is where jordilabs.com/events/past redirects to (although without the tribe_paged part)
How are you arriving at https://jordilabs.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past&tribe_paged=1 that you want it removed? Removed from where?
Cliff
MemberHi, Alex.
ecs-list-events is not one of our shortcodes. It looks like it’s probably from https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/the-events-calendar-shortcode/, which we do not provide support for.
Please not that, per our Scope of Support / Terms, we do not provide styling support. However, I took a look and didn’t see your tribe-events.css file loaded at all in the page source of http://www.modburyteam.org/a-test

MemberChristoph, I’m not sure what was happening but I noticed https://stieglerhaus.at/veranstaltungen/ was displaying List View but it was only displaying 3 events.
https://stieglerhaus.at/veranstaltungen/list/ was displaying List View but was displaying 8 events (but I’m guessing you don’t have 10+ upcoming events so this is normal/expected).
So I’m really not sure why the 2 views would display both different address formats and a different number of events.
Now I see https://stieglerhaus.at/veranstaltungen/ is Month View instead.
Please let me know if you have any ideas about the differences in the two List Views if you’re still interested in using List View at https://stieglerhaus.at/veranstaltungen/ instead of Month View.
Cliff
MemberI’m glad you found what you were looking for.
Have a great day.

Cliff
MemberThat link is correct.
You should be able to see a list of events with tickets by going to wp-admin > Events > Ticketed
Once editing an event, you should be able to get the link to the Attendees Report above your tickets: https://cl.ly/0M2e3n2m3c3k

Regarding the issue of the count being off (all zeroes), please send a screenshot of your Attendees on your wp-admin event edit screen (like I sent you) and also of your wp-admin Attendees Report.
