MemberYou could put the iCalendar file (.ics) into a converter (third-party, untested, and not guaranteed or supported by us):
Beyond these alternatives, it’d definitely be custom coding to accomplish what you’re wanting.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

MemberYou can import tickets (to be purchased) but not purchases:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
You could manually buy all the tickets for these users if they’re already registered on your site by using https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
If you go this route, you could use a coupon code that they don’t know about to make the price “free” even if it’s not really because they previously paid in person.
You could request such functionality as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberGotcha. Maybe you could just put it in your robots.txt file to be excluded?

MemberI manually entered http://www.modburyteam.org/wp-content/themes/pro/tribe-events/tribe-events.css and found that file actually does exist.
I downloaded your file and put it in my Twenty Seventeen’s “tribe-events” directory and the file did load… since this isn’t currently a known issue for others and since I couldn’t reproduce the issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Weng.
If you’re referring to this extension: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/make-event-titles-link-to-the-event-website-url/
Then the answer is no.
You could add your own custom code in addition to this extension to accomplish this though:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/3bdd3857f905c0927dc5c5594f97e319
Please let me know how this goes for you.
If it works for you, I can add it to the Extension’s article.

MemberHi, Sunanna.
Could you please provide a screenshot of your Filters tab in the Events Settings area?
Secondly, please send a screenshot of the Additional Fields tab.
Finally, please send a screenshot of an event that has this Dropbox Additional Field and also include the front-end link to this event.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Are you saying that a new email with the PDF ticket is attached, but the PDF ticket does not have the “Checked In” label on it because the ticket.pdf file already existed but it was the old one without the “Checked In” label?
Cliff
MemberHi, Heather.
I think our help article answers these questions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
If not, please let me know what you aren’t understanding or seeing in your options.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Shane. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
Event Aggregator (EA) is a service (SaaS) already built into The Events Calendar. In other words, there’s no need to install anything new. Simply purchase the license, enter the license key on the Events > Settings > Licenses screen, and that will unlock the importing features under Events > Import.
You can import from one site running The Events Calendar to another site running The Events Calendar.
If you’re not importing from one or more sites that run The Events Calendar, you could import their iCal feeds/URLs.
If you really just want to use the API with your own custom code, our REST API does have CRUD capabilities. Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/introduction-events-calendar-rest-api/
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Laura.
We state in our Compatibility with WooCommerce Extensions article that we don’t monitor and test all of WooCommerce’s extensions with our plugins and therefore don’t claim any specific compatibility or integrations.
I’d guess that if you have such a WooCommerce extension that it would work. Which one(s) have you tested with that you found did not work?
