MemberGlad that got fixed. I no longer see errors in the console at http://glendalechristian.org/calendar/
Now that the front-end is cleaned up, if you’re still having issues in the wp-admin area, I cannot access that screen to investigate further.
I’ll go back to what I said previously:
You might enable WP_DEBUG or look in your Console log to see if there’s anything obviously causing this issue.
If any errors do appear while navigating your Events wp-admin Add/Edit screen, it may help you determine the cause of the issue (e.g. conflicting plugin). If you can’t determine it from WP_DEBUG or Console log, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Thanks.

MemberGood news and bad news:
- Good: we have been able to replicate the problem.
- Bad: it isn’t a super-simple fix.
Multiple developers spent time diagnosing this and decided it’s going to take us a bit of time to release a fix.
We will put out a maintenance release for Community Tickets.
Note: there is a maintenance release coming out tomorrow that won’t include this.
Sorry I can’t guarantee release times, but we have marked it as high priority.
Thanks for your patience and understanding!

MemberHi Piccia. As I stated before, I’m not experienced with X Theme, but I do own it. I only tested with basic X Theme installation. I didn’t apply any stacks or other settings. If you provide me the details of your X Theme setup, I may be able to figure something out in a short amount of time (but no guarantees).
And/Or maybe Kelli can help…
Thanks.

So are you saying you’re trying to use Event Tickets Plus with WP e-Commerce WITHOUT using The Events Calendar? If that’s correct, please link to the event manager/plugin you’re using.
Thanks.

MemberGreg, I’m unable to guarantee (and therefore unable to provide any time estimate) of when such functionality will be released, but it is important to us.
For now, one way might be to override this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/RSVP.php
I believe you can follow our Themer’s Guide to get an idea how to do this — but the name of the folder to add in your child theme should be tickets, and you’d need to code your new RSVP.php file appropriately for sanitizing, validating, storing, and displaying the extra data.
Another potential option is to use something like Gravity Forms and other form plugins I previously mentioned.
I hope this info helps! Thanks for your understanding regarding release estimates.

MemberHi Roger.
You said, “…since I’ve not heard anything back…” Did you see this previous reply?
Hi Roger. I hope this 5 minute video with audio will help you understand better: http://cl.ly/0C0E2a11280W
If it doesn’t, it’s your turn to send some screenshots or video. 🙂
Was it not helpful?
Regarding a refund, please reference our Refund Policy for instructions if you decide to proceed with that.
Thanks

MemberHi. Glad you’re functioning, and thanks for the updates.
Please explain more what you’re trying to do with button/link and I may be able to help further.

MemberWelcome to WordPress customizing!
Best practice for adding custom code (like to implement a PHP snippet to modify The Events Calendar) is to create a functionality plugin, unless it’s something specific to your theme, in which case best practice is to make sure you’re using a child theme, then add the customization to your child theme’s functions.php file.
I hope this information helps!
