MemberHi Nina. Thanks for your question.
Could you please send me some screenshots and/or links so I can see what you have and what you’re wanting.
FYI: Neither Event Tickets nor Event Tickets Plus adds any shortcode.
Thanks.

MemberHey Dario. Thanks for your question.
If the people creating events have access to wp-admin (e.g. Author, Editor, Administrator), they surely can create and edit events. If needed, please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
If they don’t have wp-admin access, you might be interested in Community Events to enable them to create events and modify only their own events, all via the front-end of the site (not wp-admin).
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Cary. Thanks for your question.
As you said, the Photo View seems to be all 3 columns to me: http://cl.ly/1R0p250W2d0x
For your home page, I saw this Chrome Inspector console error: http://cl.ly/0i070f0v1l3d
If that doesn’t solve it, could you please share how you got the Tribe Bar and Filter Bar on your home page?
Thanks.

MemberHi Omar.
I didn’t find the slider you were talking about, but here’s something that may be helpful for you: Widget Areas for main events page
Maybe you can add a slider as a widget or a shortcode added to a Text widget.
Please let me know how things go for you.
Thanks.

MemberHi Jeremy. Thanks for contacting us.
I don’t believe our plugin is the right fit for your use case, and I don’t know of another alternative for it.
Maybe more of a Bookings or Appointments plugin could be more appropriate. However, you’d need more project specs for any more specific help.
Sorry I don’t have anything else for you.

MemberHi Iain. Thanks for your question.
Event Tickets Plus should be supporting recurring events (i.e. tickets for single instances of an event series), hopefully really soon.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks.

MemberHi Shaun. I checked out your site: http://cl.ly/1M2k2e0l3B34
So in this screenshot, you’re wanting

February 25, 2016 #: More Info?
If yes, please provide your code for month/tooltip.php (e.g. in a gist) so I can review and possibly help.

MemberHi HRR.
Thanks for your question. I tested on my local install with our latest version and it does the same, e.g. http://cl.ly/3u0p3V2Z1s0b
As far as logic behind this behavior goes, the map zooms to where the user searches…
Do you have ideas for how it could be improved besides being more consistent with some cities and not others?
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberGlad you asked. I didn’t catch that before.

Please let me know what you find out…

MemberHi Chris. Thanks for your question.
The first link was a 404. The second link is your main events page.
Regardless, please visit the KB articles about our widgets or shortcodes.
From a technical standpoint, the widgets are essentially just GUIs for generating shortcodes — in other words, have the same functionality/features. So if you’re looking for a shortcode argument that’s not currently there (i.e. feature request), it won’t be in the widgets.
Specific to your requests, our shortcodes and widgets do not have pagination functionality:
I didn’t find that as an existing feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page, but you could add your feature request there.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Please explain further what you mean by “Date-Time fields” if you don’t figure that part out yourself via our KB articles.
I hope all this info helps!

MemberOn my local install with Twenty Fifteen theme, I…
- enabled AddThis Sharing Sidebar and set it to display on the right
- I added
{ "services_exclude": "print" }to Advanced Options > Additional Options > addthis_config variable - I added
{ "share": { "services": "facebook,twitter,google_plusone_share,more" } }to Advanced Options > Additional Options > addthis.layers() parameters
I believe that’s all your non-default settings.
And I didn’t experience the same thing your site does:
As such, please enable Twenty Fifteen theme, disable all plugins except our plugins and AddThis and see if it’s still happening.
If it’s not, good! Then start enabling your theme and plugins one-by-one and do a hard page refresh to see if you can figure out what’s causing the issue with AddThis.
I hope this helps. I know it can be frustrating to track down conflicts.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberOk, so please disable The Events Calendar plugin and provide me information about what your other plugin is called (a link to download to test would be appreciated).

MemberThanks so much for your kind response!
Cliff
MemberThanks for sharing that Word document.
Best I can tell, you’ve got both The Events Calendar and another Events plugin enabled.
In your first screenshot, you can see this menu item in wp-admin > Events > Add Event (top left area), which is our Events plugin. The “Events” menu item at the bottom left of the menu is not from our plugin.
Are you planning to use our The Events Calendar plugin or the other one?
