ParticipantHello,
I just updated to the latest version.
I now have the following issues.1. The Photo view (on my home page) appears different than before the update.
Listings were in 3 columns before. now just 1??2. Filter and Search boxes (on home page) are spread out.. taller and not clean looking like before.
Please advise how to fix this.
No other changes have been made to the templates…Thank you,
Cary-

ParticipantWhen i click “Next Events” at the bottom of the page, the three columns appear properly…
Home page is still showing 1 long column left justified.February 18, 2016 at 12:25 pm #1077378Cliff
MemberHi Cary. Thanks for your question.
As you said, the Photo View seems to be all 3 columns to me: http://cl.ly/1R0p250W2d0x
For your home page, I saw this Chrome Inspector console error: http://cl.ly/0i070f0v1l3d
If that doesn’t solve it, could you please share how you got the Tribe Bar and Filter Bar on your home page?
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks For writing back.
I’m not very technical as far as understanding programing.I followed the instructions and was able to get the calendar working.
I designated the calendar to appear as the home page and all worked well until yesterday’s update.
I think i used Event Rocket Plugin to have it posted to home page.
This is a plug in recommended by The Events Calendar. Are you seeing that the photo view is only 1 column instead of 3?
I see the error you listed but i have no idea on how to fix it.
Can you offer any additional assistance.
Again- everything was working fine until the update. Thanks,

MemberYour site’s using some code with Google Analytics. It’s probably a plugin that has a typo or plugin/theme conflict happening. I’d suggest finding out which plugin or custom code you’re using to implement GA and ask for support from that author.
Regarding the columns, everything is working correctly, isn’t it?
FYI: Event Rocket is no longer supported by its plugin author so I’d beware of using it, especially as our plugins continue to receive updates/upgrades.
Let me know how else I can help.

ParticipantThinks Cliff,
I will have to put some time into researching how to fix the GA issue..Since Event Rockst is not supported i should probably remove it… Don’t you think?
Can you advise on how i can display my calendar on my home page?
Event Rocket made it very easy. Also, if i disable Event Rocket will it harm my calendar in any way?
Thanks,

MemberYou need to make those decisions yourself, but, yeah, probably.
You’ll need to find where throughout your website that you have implemented Event Rocket (e.g. its shortcodes). However, I’m guessing there’s nothing it implements that would harm your calendar if you disable it.
Someday we’ll have similar functionality to Event Rocket’s shortcode to render the main calendar.
What we’re doing at http://wpshindig.com/ is making WP redirect home page visits to http://wpshindig.com/events/
I hope this information helps!
