MISSING MENU ITEMS- Also SHORTCODE OPTION?

I don’t see anywhere in my admin to do anything with the plugin as far as editing the emails that will be sent to people that purchase the tickets off the site.
I have EVENTS > SETTINGS
GENERAL
DISPLAY
TICKETS
LICENSES
HELP

Am I missing something here? I can add the tickets to the page, and thats working fine, however, I want to add the tickets to the event page via short code, right now its just buried at the bottom of the event page.

FYI not using the calendar plugin, Just Tickets Plus

Just wondering- is this all the settings you get access to with the plugin? Anyway to customize the emails that are sent out? Thank you!

There aren’t settings to customize the emails generated from the plugin.

You might be able to reference https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/release/122/src/views/tickets/email.php#L6 to help customize a bit but probably not what’d be ideal for you.

You may want to find or post a new idea at our Ideas website.
