    Hi Justin.

    You could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes.

    If you’re asking about displaying just the events imported from Facebook Importer, then I’d suggest adding a category to those events and using one of our widgets or shortcodes to display events just in that category(ies).

    Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Himel. Thanks for considering our suite of plugins!

    If I’m understanding your request fully, I think you’d want these:

    Be sure to check out our Bundle Pricing! I think you’d like the Community Manager Bundle or Ultimate Bundle.

    Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions after checking out all that you can do with these plugins!

    Hi. I see you have set your Display Settings to use the “Full” styling, which by default looks like this.

    The “Tribe Events” style by default looks like this.

    You could use this custom CSS to make the text white:

    body.tribe-events-style-full .tribe-events-calendar th {
    color: #ffffff;
    }

    You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.

    If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.

    Please let me know how it goes for you.

    Hi, Brent. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.

    We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or its paid add-on’s in the Pre-Sales forum.

    If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

    Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

    If you don’t have a paid account, I would suggest posting your question (along with some examples or screenshots) to our free support forum (for bug reports and users helping each other — no usage support provided by us)

    Sure thing!

    The Facebook URL Debugger tool may come in handy for your testing without having to wait.

    Let me know how things go.

    I’ll try to help and be as concise as possible:

    1. We cannot login to users’ sites.
    2. We only guarantee our plugins will work with default WordPress themes (e.g. Twenty Fifteen), per our Scope of Support / Terms. This is because there are too many themes out there to try to be compatible with. However, we help when we can. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is a time we can. You might want to reach out to your theme author about this.
    3. Or, this plugin may help you create some new widget areas to use on the Events Archive page.

    Hi Jorge. Thanks for your question.

    We provide you support as part of your The Events Calendar PRO purchase. Hopefully I can help you resolve this!

    Please go to your settings at wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab and see if you have the “Include events in main blog loop” option checked.

    If not, please go to the Display tab and switch your Events Template setting from “Default Page Template” to “Default Events Template” and see if that solves the issue for you.

    I hope to hear back from you soon.

    Unfortunately, the answer is yes. Our initial presumption is that the Eventbrite API changed without us knowing it was going to happen (I believe this has happened in the past, not much more we can do about it).

    We need to allocate some developer time to resolve this issue. It is a very high priority issue for us, but I cannot provide an estimate if it’ll be a couple weeks or longer.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Lambert, thanks for trying all those different things. I know it can be frustrating and time consuming.

    On all those pages you’re seeing the same WP_DEBUG message:

    Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct()
    instead. in /…/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3624

    This error does not come from our plugins, but I cannot tell which plugin or theme is trying to add a widget in an outdated manner.

    If you have any plugins that add widgets or any widgets active, please try turning those off.

    If you still can’t get it to work, please deactivate WooCommerce and re-activate it, just to see if that helps too — it can’t hurt to do it for all the other active plugins too (like ours).

    Please let me know how things go for you.

    Thanks for sharing that interesting use case — not wanting the default venue assigned to a certain event.

    Please open a new ticket if you need anything else. Thanks!

    Ken, thanks for sharing what worked for you.

    Desmond, did the information from Ken help?

    Please let me know after you give it a try.

    Thanks.

    Hi Daoys.

    I’m sorry to hear about your page not being allowed on the Facebook API (their rules, not ours). Please reference our Refund Policy and submit the form there if desired.

    Plan B… Yes, our PRO add-on provides support for recurring events, but you might then have to break each event from the recurrence series if each week has different information (e.g. different link to Facebook), in which case maybe just a generic Post Duplicator type plugin (third party–not tested or guaranteed) would solve the issue.

    Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi Fred. Thanks for your question.

    If only 1 row didn’t get imported but all the other rows did, just duplicate that CSV file, delete all but that 1 row of data, and run the import with that new CSV file.

    Please let me know how it goes.
