I contacted you guys a few months back about getting a refund but whoever replied made some suggestions to try and fix the problem but I can’t find that email now. Either way, it doesn’t matter because apparently it was not user error. It seems that my Facebook page has been flagged as an adult content page by Facebook and there’s no way to make the plugin work because of that. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is the plugin useless for me? I would really love it if we could make it work. We have a lot of weekly events and having to manually update our website every week is totally out of the question.

Since all of our events are weekly events, I was thinking of maybe getting the Pro Version instead so that I can at least not have to keep recreating the same events every week but this is definitely not how I’d prefer to go.

Please let me know if there is a possible solution to my problem, if not, please let me know how I can get a refund and if my plan B sounds like a good idea to you.

    Thanks,

    David

    Hi Daoys.

I’m sorry to hear about your page not being allowed on the Facebook API (their rules, not ours). Please reference our Refund Policy and submit the form there if desired.

Plan B… Yes, our PRO add-on provides support for recurring events, but you might then have to break each event from the recurrence series if each week has different information (e.g. different link to Facebook), in which case maybe just a generic Post Duplicator type plugin (third party–not tested or guaranteed) would solve the issue.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
