MemberHi Lambert. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for your detailed question.
I see from your system report that you have quite a few plugins active (including Hello Dolly, which you’re probably not actively using). Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If following the Guide doesn’t solve the problem, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, WooCommerce pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantI changed the theme to twenty fifteen, turned off all the plugins, except events tickets, event tickets plus, the events calendar, woo commerce, woo themes helper and woo commerce pay fast gateway. The problem is still there

MemberLambert, thanks for trying all those different things. I know it can be frustrating and time consuming.
On all those pages you’re seeing the same WP_DEBUG message:
Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct()
instead. in /…/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3624This error does not come from our plugins, but I cannot tell which plugin or theme is trying to add a widget in an outdated manner.
If you have any plugins that add widgets or any widgets active, please try turning those off.
If you still can’t get it to work, please deactivate WooCommerce and re-activate it, just to see if that helps too — it can’t hurt to do it for all the other active plugins too (like ours).
Please let me know how things go for you.

ParticipantI had a look at the pages in question, and I added [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode to the pages. For some reason Woocommerce had a glitch when I installed it.
Everything is working now
