MemberNo problem. Please let me know if/when you get another issue with this iCal URL.
Cliff
MemberI entered the address only: http://cl.ly/0O2z0g2b1O1f — database view: http://cl.ly/0e1r371U4545
Then added the custom lat/long: http://cl.ly/2u222c0I3T0R — database view: http://cl.ly/0u433G3t3Y3M
Resulted in the same link that your site produced: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=01+BP+561+Ouagadougou+Burkina+Faso
I manually created this link to see if it’ll work and it seems to have: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=12.3702296,-1.5279159 –> http://cl.ly/0l051k39350F
Please confirm if that is the link you’d prefer or if you were thinking of something else.

MemberVersion 4.1.1 is not the latest version.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the redirect is then working for you.
If it isn’t, please specify the error it’s displaying (screenshots, links, anything else that may help).
Thanks!

MemberHi Joey.
That NoAPIKeys warning doesn’t exactly match the list of possible error messages here, but here’s a code snippet to implement your Google Maps API Key:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/9d6c25feb389f98e8ae09a41273a3488
Inputting your Google Maps API Key will eventually be part of the wp-admin settings to make it easier, but this should work for now.
Please let me know how things work out for you!

MemberHi Charles.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Am I understanding your question completely?:
- if someone purchases multiple tickets at once,
- you have questions to ask of each ticket (e.g. name, email, t-shirt size)
- and for each ticket, you want to send an email to each email address (e.g. name, email, t-shirt size), and not just the individual purchaser
Once I fully understand your question, I might be able to share some helpful information, but please understand that we are limited in our customization support, per our Scope of Support / Terms.

MemberHi. I’m sorry I don’t quite understand the situation you’re describing. Could you please more thoroughly describe the sequence of events so I can try to test the scenario on my site?

MemberChrissie,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin(s).
At this time, our main views are either the custom post type’s archive views (Month, List, Photo, Map, etc) or you could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes. In other words, we do not natively enable displaying it on your site’s home page.
For example, [tribe_events_list limit=”20″]
You might also want to create your own shortcode or widget (based on our code) to create your own custom display and be able to put it wherever you choose. For example, you could limit it to just today’s events and have no limit.
===
We also have a Themer’s Guide and documentation on various functions — for example, tribe_get_start_date().
===
We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberThis iCal Validator results in an error: http://cl.ly/1u02110y2V17
Granted, it’s not the clearest what the error actually is. The issue is that the paragraph description is broken into multiple lines: http://cl.ly/0U3H3o1M2g0x
I also noticed your link is pretty slow to load. I don’t think that’ll be an issue, but I wanted to note it in case there may be a timeout after a certain amount of time (not sure if that’s part of iCal Validator’s code).

MemberCould you please send a screenshot of that Venue’s wp-admin edit page?

MemberI appreciate your question and the desire to customize it for your use. However, we cannot provide such in-depth customization help, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

Regarding your file overrides, they’d go in this location to override the Photo View, for example: /wp-content/themes/YOUR_THEME_DIRECTORY/tribe-events/pro/photo/single-event.php
If there’s something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.

MemberI corrected the link in my previous reply. Sorry about that.
Ideally, in my opinion, we’d implement Google Maps Clustering, but no there’s nothing existing that I’m aware of. It’s not currently on our developers’ near-term to-do list. Sorry I don’t have better news for you about that.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.

MemberI noticed the new site does not have the Tribe Bar or the purple page title area. Is this intentional?
Could you please send me the system information report for the old/current site?
Cliff
MemberHi. Here’s a GIF of that snippet in effect on TwentyFourteen: http://cl.ly/1i2r412X2N1q
Please try the snippet with all other plugins and theme customizations deactivated and let me know how things go for you.
If you think it does break your site, please provide screenshots and/or links to your site.
