    HI

    I’ve had to modify original files directly, and I was wondering if it is possible to create some kind of override so changes don’t disappear on every update?

    I wanted to add a phone number to the tickets, which is currently only possible per ticket. These venues typically have only one person to contact for multiple tickets. I can add a phone number field without an issue, but it needs to be saved. Can this be done without extensively rewriting the plugin?

    TL;DR: Now: Name and Email, Want: Name PHONE and Email at the bottom, not for every ticket.

    Hi Sebastian.

    Please reference our Themer’s Guide for any file overrides. Since they go in your child theme’s folder they don’t get replaced whenever the plugin receives an update.

    But I still don’t see how I can add a phone number along with the email address?
