MemberExcellent. Thanks for letting me know. Have a great week!
Cliff
MemberAwesome work. Thanks for the update!

MemberI believe the native way to pull this off would be by using the Category or Tag functionality.
Here’s an example of the view of our demo site’s “Learning category”: http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
Now, if you wanted to display Learning category events at yoursite.com/programs/custom-url/, you could use one of our PRO plugin’s widgets or shortcodes and limit by the Learning category.
However, the shortcode and widget views are NOT duplicate views (i.e. look the exact same) as of the native category view (e.g. http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/ )
I hope this helps!

MemberLindsay, you have a license for The Events Calendar PRO. That shortcode only works when PRO is activated.
If you aren’t using PRO for whatever reason on that site, you won’t be able to use that shortcode.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

MemberBy default, the Organizer field isn’t required to submit an event via the Community Events front-end form.
Therefore, I’m guessing you have some customization in place to try to validate that an Organizer is chosen before submitting, and it’s possible that customization needs to be updated for the latest version.
I hope this leads you toward your solution. Let me know how it turns out.

MemberThat sounds like our policy. It’s often said that plugins that follow WordPress Best Practices / Coding Standards should not cause conflicts when used together.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please provide me screenshots of this event’s wp-admin edit screen, including each ticket’s details?
Just as a test, please also try deactivating Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus and then go to this event’s wp-admin edit screen and see if the “Event Cost” field that should appear (when those 2 plugins are deactivated) has anything in it.
Thank you.

MemberHi Grace.
I totally understand your concerns.
Since we cannot guarantee our plugins work with every theme out there, our Scope of Support / Terms specifies our compatibility limitations, but we also have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Regarding your being charged twice, please actually complete that Refund Policy form (click that link) and fill it out and someone on our refunds team will get back to you via email.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Lindsay. Thanks for your question.
You could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes.

MemberHi Joanne.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
It sounds like you have the latest version of The Events Calendar (which added oEmbed support) but you have an outdated version of WordPress core.
Once you verify you’re on the latest version of WordPress core, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberJulie, thanks for the details.
You must have deactivated but not uninstalled the old version of Filter Bar before trying to install the new version of Filter Bar.
Please find “Filter Bar” in your list of plugins and delete it.
Then try to upload the new version again.
FYI: You could use Automatic Updates if you activate the old Filter Bar you currently have installed, then enter your license key at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses. Then you wouldn’t run into this error again.
Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberHi Dan.
Thanks for the details. Could you please clarify:
1) Are you talking about the [tribe-user-event-confirmations] shortcode inserted into a manually-created page (e.g. mysite.com/manage-my-rsvps/ )?
2) please paste the contents of your child theme single-event.php file so I can test it out.
Thank you.

MemberHi Tom. Sorry you’re having trouble getting Eventbrite Tickets working.
Your event on Eventbrite needs to be published. Sometimes that’s the issue, which is simple to fix on Eventbrite’s site.
If that’s not it, make sure your Eventbrite event actually displays the tickets (time period to sell and available quantity are set).
If you’re still not able to get it working on your WordPress site, please provide me the link to the event on Eventbrite and the link to your WordPress site and screenshots of the Eventbrite Tickets section of wp-admin’s Event edit screen.
Thanks!

MemberHi. Thanks for the links.
It appears your site or theme uses a custom template for Venues.
- Here’s an example of the default view: http://cl.ly/1Y2P1O3s3A2g
- Here’s an example at our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/venue/zoosk/
Please follow our troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
