Do you know if Events Calendar Pro works with Thrive Themes?

I have learnt that not all plugins works nicely together and I am looking into a theme that can do almost everything without needing so many plugins, but I will still need my events calendar and ticketing capability.

Just wondering if you know if this plugin will work well with Thrive Themes?

And, could I talk to someone about being charged twice for the plugin originally? I am not sure how this happened by on my way in to post this comment I see in my account that my suspicions are correct!

Hi Grace.

I totally understand your concerns.

Since we cannot guarantee our plugins work with every theme out there, our Scope of Support / Terms specifies our compatibility limitations, but we also have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Regarding your being charged twice, please actually complete that Refund Policy form (click that link) and fill it out and someone on our refunds team will get back to you via email.

I just looked into the purchase and I think one was for the events calendar pro and the other for shopp tickets to integrate into it.

The other guys, Thrive, have said that if your plugin is built following the wordpress codex it will work, and I assume that is the case. I know you can get a refund, there is just a lot of work to get to finding out that they are not compatible.

That sounds like our policy. It’s often said that plugins that follow WordPress Best Practices / Coding Standards should not cause conflicts when used together.
