no tickets on the event page

Hello,

I’m using WordPress 4.5.2
Avada theme v4.0.2
The Event Calendar 4.1.4
Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus v4.1.3

Every time that I create an event with a ticket, my tickets do not show up on the event’s page.
Do I have to do anything to add the tickets to the event’s page?

Hi. Thanks for that info. Please make sure your event is Published, you set a quantity available, and you set a start date for when tickets should be available for purchase.

If it’s not working for you, please switch to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen, etc. and see if there’s a conflict with Avada.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, please provide some screenshots of your event’s wp-admin tickets area and the publicly-available event link.

I created a test site with the Avada theme and it works.
But doesn’t on my live site.

Thank you for that information.

Since it’s working with Avada (assuming the same theme version and configurations) on your test site, I’d guess there’s a plugin conflict and not a theme conflict.

Please disable all non-Modern Tribe plugins and see if that solves the issue. If it does, please try to determine which plugin/plugins are causing the issue.

Let me know what you find out.

Hello,

I recreated my site and the tickets appear now.
It may have had to do with the Avada upgrade from 3 to 4.
SO re-created the site in Avada 4. All good.
