MemberHi Chris. Thanks for your question.
Please reference our Themer’s Guide, copy this file into your child theme’s Themer’s Guide directory: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/edit-event.php, and then comment out this part of that file: tribe_get_template_part( ‘community/modules/cost’ );
That should do it (or at least get you started down the right path for your customization)!

MemberHi Brent. Thanks for your interest in our plugins. We believe they provide good/great value for the price, especially compared to custom coding something yourself or increasing visitors’ user experience.
It sounds like our plugin suite will work well for your use case.
While we don’t have any additional discounts active at this time, you can subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media (both are in the footer of our website). However, I wouldn’t expect one within the next few weeks.
We do offer pre-built Bundles, which some of our customers have found to be a great way to get several of our plugins at a “bulk purchase” discount.
Please reference our Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations? article if you think it may apply to you.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Regarding Jetpack sharing buttons and Avada integration, yes our plugins should work with those but please note that Avada (or any theme built to customize our display) is the one stating their theme integrates with our plugin(s), not us stating our plugin(s) will definitely work with the current version of their theme.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Daniel. Thanks for considering our plugins.
We offer discounted Bundle pricing, which you may be interested in.
I don’t know what you mean by “Spider”. We don’t have any add-on by that name.
Regarding multiple calendars, we really only have 1 main/central/global calendar, but events can be assigned categories and each category has its own view that could be used as a display for “separate” calendars.
For example, from our demo site:
- main/global calendar is at http://wpshindig.com/events/
- but the Learning category’s view is at http://wpshindig.com/events/category/learning/
Calendar entries can be imported via CSV format for free or from iCal format, from Facebook, or from Eventbrite. Please note that our plugin does not have a CSV export.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see from those error messages that:
1)
You should update ALL your Modern Tribe plugins to their latest versions. I’m guessing you updated just The Events Calendar core/free and not the PRO add-on (or something like this) and that’s throwing the error.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
2)
You should temporarily or permanently disable the ‘seamless-donations’ plugin.
I hope this helps resolve things for you.

MemberHi Ramin. Thanks for your interest in our plugins. We believe they provide good/great value for the price, especially compared to custom coding something yourself or increasing visitors’ user experience.
While we don’t have any general or education-specific coupons active at this time, you can subscribe to our newsletter and/or follow us on social media (both are in the footer of our website).
We did recently start offering discounted Bundles so that may be an option.
Also, please reference our Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations? article.

June 13, 2016 at 4:20 pm in reply to: Can you provide the correct update order for the following? #1126416Cliff
MemberHi Julio. Sorry you experienced this (especially multiple times).
Our developers have noted this poor updating experience and have it as something to prevent in the future.
Ideally, you shouldn’t need to update them in any specific order, especially if clicking the “update all” button.
Please let me know if you need assistance with any specific issue(s) ongoing at this time.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi Kim. Sorry you experienced that issue.
Going forward, are you wanting to have an event that never ends? For example, it starts June 15 at noon and just. never. ends… ? 😉
If yes, I expect it’ll show up as an all-day event on every day of your calendar’s Month View but only show up once in other views like List View.
If this is what you want, I believe the only non-code way to pull this off is to set the end time as some arbitrary point in the future (e.g. Dec 31, 202o).
===
Although not quite relevant to what I discussed above, we do have this code snippet if it may be helpful to you in some way: Don’t display end time for events starting and ending on the same day
===
Please let me know your thoughts.

MemberThe event has to be Published and Public on Eventbrite for Eventbrite Tickets to display on your WordPress site. I’m not sure if that’s due to the way we coded it or the way Eventbrite’s API requires it.
Please provide any error messages that I may be able to assist in solving.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the helpful video.
I tested and simply copying single-event.php from/to where you did (but using a WordPress default theme like TwentySixteen) doesn’t result in any difference, which is to be expected, since we didn’t modify the single-event.php file at all.
Therefore, I believe your theme already overrides this template file and you adding one to your child theme then overrides your theme’s default/existing overrides.
Please let me know if this helps you resolve your issue.
Cliff
MemberThanks for those screenshots. Here’s a video of how it should work by default, using all the latest versions: http://cl.ly/0h2j3K0l2A40
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberThat code looks fine.
It looks like the default from that Knowledgebase article except for the Priority of 8 instead of 10, which I’m guessing works just the same.
As such, please try commenting out that code to see if it’s the cause of your issue, and, if it is, please follow the Testing for Conflicts Guide (linked in a previous reply) and see if you can discover any other conflict that may be going on.
Please let me know what you find out.
Cliff
MemberI checked my event. It is published but it is private.
You need the event to be Public, not Private (on Eventbrite’s website).
Please try that and let me know.
Cliff
MemberThanks so much for letting me know. Have a great day.
Cliff
MemberGreat! Thanks for letting me know. Have a great day 🙂
Cliff
MemberI’m glad to hear your font color issue is resolved now. 🙂
I believe your second question was regarding the Community Events form requiring an Upload to submit… in which case you must have a customization / custom code snippet in place (reference) because the File Upload isn’t required by default.
If this is your issue, please open a new ticket, since we like to keep each thread limited to a single issue.
Thanks!
