ParticipantHi there

MemberHi Brian. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that resolves the issue?
If it doesn’t, please explain exactly how to replicate the issue so I can try it on my local testing site.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi Cliff
Soory for the confusion here. i added this role manually like it seems but am not able to see the attendees page through this role. Are you may able to give me the id of this page, that the user should have the right?I tried already this:
tickets-attendees
tribe-attendees-summary
tribe_events_page_tickets-attendeesIt hasnt worked by now. Thanks for helping out.

MemberLooking into the code, I’m guessing it’s one of these capabilities that you’ll need to assign to your custom user role: edit_tribe_events
If it’s not that one — or if you have other things you want to enable them to do — these also exist:
- edit_others_tribe_events
- edit_private_tribe_events
- read_private_tribe_events
- delete_others_tribe_events
- delete_private_tribe_events
- delete_published_tribe_events
- delete_tribe_events
I hope this information helps.
FYI: a plugin like User Role Editor may be helpful to you (although it’s third-party and therefore not guaranteed).

ParticipantThanks Cliff. I tested your quick answer. Im afraid they havent helped by now. Do you have any other ideas?

MemberIf you want to thoroughly explain your setup (possibly with screenshots if you think that will help), I may be able to spot something to help, but we don’t provide support for customizations (creating custom user role with custom permissions).

Thank you.

MemberBrian, my apologies for the incorrect/incomplete information before.
I tested it out and edit_posts capability is required to access a URL like /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=154 via direct link.
You’ll need to determine if there are any other capabilities required to also enable editing/accessing other wp-admin pages to actually get there without you providing them a direct link.
I hope this helps. Please let me know.
