MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing these issues.
When you say “that event organisers were unable to add their events”, are you referring to the Community Events front-end form or are users trying to edit/create Events via wp-admin’s post editor?

Here are some general troubleshooting steps that may help:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberYou’re welcome. Thanks for your understanding and patience. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

MemberBrian, my apologies for the incorrect/incomplete information before.
I tested it out and edit_posts capability is required to access a URL like /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-attendees&event_id=154 via direct link.
You’ll need to determine if there are any other capabilities required to also enable editing/accessing other wp-admin pages to actually get there without you providing them a direct link.
I hope this helps. Please let me know.

MemberThanks for the screenshots. How did you limit to just those countries, and what is the link I can view the form at?

MemberHi Dan. Thanks for the screenshot; it always helps.
This is a recently-discovered bug, and I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberDan, thanks for reporting this issue.
I was able to reproduce it on my local test site.

MemberHi James. Thanks for your interest in our iCal Importer plugin.
By default, it will import the Organizer from the iCal feed (just like Venues). However, you could add some custom code to assign imported events to a specific Organizer.
If you decide this will work for you, you can purchase iCal Importer and then open a new ticket in that forum requesting such a snippet that we should be able to help you with if you cannot figure it out yourself.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Randy. Thanks for inquiring about our iCal Importer plugin. It’s a separate purchase unless you purchase one of our Bundles.
For “separate calendars”, we just create one master calendar, but you could essentially pull off separate calendars by using Event Categories. For example, the Month View would include all events, but the Month View of the “Birthday Parties” category would be like having multiple different calendars.
Each iCal Importer feed can be setup to publish events to a specific category.
Regarding the Office 365 import issue, the fix is currently scheduled to be released within about 2 weeks, but I cannot provide any guarantees.

MemberWhenever “click takes me to top of page” happens on any site with any plugin, it’s likely a JavaScript console error at your site. If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.
Also, the Organizer drop-down being so wide in your screenshot is likely a CSS issue from your theme or another plugin.
As such, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Andrea.
Thanks for the screenshot; they always help.
We can:
- fully hide (CSS) the display of information
- or remove (PHP) the display of information
- or we can display the information but remove the link (PHP).
Please let me know which of those you’d prefer.

MemberHi Peter. Thanks for your request.
As you know, we currently do not have a TinyMCE / full HTML editor field type at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Additional Fields.
You could add this as a feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page. I’d recommend describing your use case / reason for requesting the feature to help it along.
Adding your feature request there allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
Thank you.

MemberHi Brian. I’m not sure exactly where you’re seeing USA States, but if the Country is selected as something other than the United States, its states shouldn’t be appearing.
Please explain (screenshots and links help) further if this doesn’t solve your issue.
Thanks.
