MemberI got more information for you.
The steps to replicate the remaining part of the problem are like this:
- Go to submit an event via Community Events
- Enter a title but leave the description completely blank
- Add a new organizer
- Add a second new organizer
- Submit
- Notice that only the fields for the first new organizer were retained

MemberThank you. Could you please tell me where (the URL) you’re seeing these and, if you think helpful, also provide screenshots?

MemberHi again, Manuela.
Those fields are hidden with CSS and then un-hidden after that quantity changes.
If you want them always displayed, you could add this custom CSS:
.tribe-tickets-meta-row { display: table-row; }You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.
If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Jimmy.
Thanks for your purchase.
Your license keys are managed at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Please also reference Using one license for your live and dev sites
FYI: In this forum we keep our threads focused on just one issue to ensure we answer each question. To that end, please open a new thread for your other issue. Thanks for your understanding. Also, I’d suggest sharing your System Information on that new thread.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help with in regards to your licensing question.

MemberHi Thomas. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Catalina.
This isn’t something our plugins do out of the box, but you could reference Using tribe_get_events to get the events you’re wanting and then build your own output with it or possibly use the tribe_get_list_widget_events filter.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
Please let me know if you think I can help with anything else on this topic.

MemberHi Manuela.
You said “past” and then said “future” — but I’ll assume you just meant “past events”
If you go to yoursite.com/events/past/, it should display past events for you.
Please let me know if this answers your question.

MemberHi Alex. Sorry about this known bug being an issue for you.
This CSS code should bring back your links:
#tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav { height: 100px; }You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file or via a plugin like Simple Custom CSS or, my favorite, Jetpack. Jetpack supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors.
If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi Julia. Thanks for the screenshot.
If you’re referring to the very long German word being displayed over the word “Workshop”, that would be due to the CSS not accommodating for a such a longer word there.
If you provide me a link to your site, I could provide you some CSS code if you didn’t want to do it yourself.
FYI: we also have these resources available if you prefer to just change the word:
Cliff
MemberI misunderstood which part of that other forum thread you were referring to.
Yes, Event Tickets can create tickets on Pages. I just tried it on my local testing site and it worked as expected (as you said, you have the correct box checked).
Did you add a ticket quantity/stock?
If yes and it’s not showing up, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions:
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberChad, thanks for trying. I know it can sometimes be frustrating and/or time consuming.
Does the same happen when you switch to a WordPress default theme like TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen, TwentySixteen?
June 28, 2016 at 5:12 am in reply to: Calendar colour changes when I enable Events Calendar PRO #1132808Cliff
MemberThanks for that link.
The coloring is coming from the CSS generated by PRO’s Color Customizer. Did you use it? If not, maybe you could try using it to get the colors you’re wanting.
