    I got more information for you.

    The steps to replicate the remaining part of the problem are like this:

    1. Go to submit an event via Community Events
    2. Enter a title but leave the description completely blank
    3. Add a new organizer
    4. Add a second new organizer
    5. Submit
    6. Notice that only the fields for the first new organizer were retained

    You’re welcome. If everything goes as planned, I’d expect this fix to be included in our next release (but, again, no guarantees since there’s a lot that goes into determining that).
