Hi Sheir. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Thank you. Could you please tell me where (the URL) you’re seeing these and, if you think helpful, also provide screenshots?

    Thanks for that information.

We’ve actually confirmed this as a bug.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Unfortunately, the only suggestion at this time is to edit your wp-config.php file to add WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY set to FALSE until the fix is released (hopefully in our next bug fix update).

Please let me know if there’s anything else on this topic that I can help with at this time.

Again, my apologies your site is experiencing these issues.

This specific bug report is estimated to be in our next bug fix release, which should be within 1-2 weeks.

Sorry I cannot provide specifics, but I can at least say it’s on the “fix it very soon” track instead of the “we know about it and that’s it so far” track.

Please let me know if there’s anything more I can do for you at this time.

Is there somewhere I can get a previous version and roll back the plugin? Will that work?

Sure. Here’s how to downgrade our plugin(s) to a prior release. Unfortunately, I’m unsure which version gets it to work. You can update this thread if you find out.

Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause until fixed, and thanks for reporting it. Let me know if you need assistance.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hey there, Sheir!

We wanted to follow-up to let you know that we were able to patch this up in The Events Calendar 4.2.2, which is now available to download and install if you haven’t done so already.

Please do be sure to check out our release notes for a full overview of what’s new in the release and feel free to let us know if you run into this or any other issues after the update.

Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!

    Cheers,
    Geoff

I just wanted to check in quickly here to see if the recent 4.2.2 release of The Events Calendar has helped with these issues at all?
