MemberThe screenshot is different than what I see at the URL you provided, which says the event has passed.
Were you using the Countdown Widget or the Countdown Shortcode?
If using the shortcode, please provide your actual text/code entered.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I couldn’t recreate the issue on my local testing site when using Event Tickets Plus, but I see you’re using WooTickets (now a legacy product replaced by Event Tickets Plus, a much more feature-rich replacement).
Are you aware of our Event Tickets plugin and its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus? Everyone with a legacy “tickets” plugin (e.g. WooTickets, EDD Tickets) should already have a copy of Event Tickets Plus in their account. You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
I checked and your account has an Event Tickets Plus license good through June 22, 2017. You can access the installable .zip file at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
I understand you might not want to switch while in the middle of selling tickets, but the transition should be seamless. (If it isn’t, please let us know!)
Please review these links and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

MemberHi. Thanks for the screenshot. Please complete your PayPal credentials and let me know if that solves it for you.
If it doesn’t, please provide a new screenshot and also a link to your Community Events form.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
If you change your WordPress general settings to a different timezone, does the countdown timer reflect this change?
If yes, what if you change your WordPress general settings from “america/los_angeles” to the UTC offset: “UTC-7”, does that make the countdown timer have accurate time?
Could you please link me to the event from your screenshot and also to where I can see the countdown timer in action?
Thanks!

MemberWell that’s definitely good news. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter, Jay.
Melanie, thanks for your patience and understanding as well. I hope everything goes well enough from here on forward.
Have a great rest of your week!
Cliff
MemberWell I’m glad you were able to solve the problem. Sorry about the inconvenience. Thanks for letting me know this thread should be considered Resolved.

MemberHi Daniel.
Unfortunately, you cannot (yet) put the calendar views wherever you want them (like via a shortcode), but you could setup your homepage to redirect to your Events page and also set your default view to be “Photo”.
1)
We do the first part of that for our Demo Site: visiting http://wpshindig.com/ actually redirects you to http://wpshindig.com/events/
You could create a page, set it as your Front Page (wp-admin > Settings > Reading > “Front page displays” > “A static page”) and then use a plugin like Page Links To to setup the redirect by editing your home page.
2)
You can set your default view to “Photo” at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab.
Please let me know how things go for you.

MemberHi Chad. I see your Community Events plugin is up-to-date, and I am experiencing what you described at your link, but I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my local testing site.
Could you please make sure all your other Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are also at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberExcellent! Have a good one.

MemberSabine,
As stated previously, it is in the developers’ hands now. However, I bugged them more for you and got it bumped to a higher priority and it might make get added to our release scheduled for a few weeks from now.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t provide you a solution today, but I hope it does come for you and others soon. It’s actually a feature request I submitted internally prior to any users asking for it so it is near and dear to me too 😉
Cliff
MemberI didn’t see your latest reply before providing my code snippet. Yes, Yoast’s plugin might be the easier way to go, but now you at least have options!
Cliff
MemberSure thing. I’m glad it’s resolved for you!
