ParticipantIf you view the event, you’ll see that there is a $5 dollar general admission listed in the tickets, but the price range at the top is not showing it, so it starts with premium level tickets at over a hundred dollars. Obviously, this is causing a problem on our general admission sales.
St. Pete Healthy Lifestyles at NOVA 535, Hosted by Mika Rotunda
I thought that maybe the change to Events Ticket Plus would make a difference, but it hasn’t:

Can you advise? This event is next week, and we’re getting killed on it.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I couldn’t recreate the issue on my local testing site when using Event Tickets Plus, but I see you’re using WooTickets (now a legacy product replaced by Event Tickets Plus, a much more feature-rich replacement).
Are you aware of our Event Tickets plugin and its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus? Everyone with a legacy “tickets” plugin (e.g. WooTickets, EDD Tickets) should already have a copy of Event Tickets Plus in their account. You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
I checked and your account has an Event Tickets Plus license good through June 22, 2017. You can access the installable .zip file at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
I understand you might not want to switch while in the middle of selling tickets, but the transition should be seamless. (If it isn’t, please let us know!)
Please review these links and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

ParticipantThe second link in my original post is to the dev area of the server where I have the new Events Ticket Plus installed. It has not made any difference.

MemberIn that case, I’d suggest following our recommended troubleshooting steps:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberThank you very much.
1)
If you have 295 quantity available (let’s assume you’ve only sold 5 so total quantity was 300) of the $5.35 ticket:
- if you change that ticket to have a quantity of 5 (so it’s sold out)
- and create a new ticket on this event with 295 original quantity
- does it still happen?
2)
Can you replicate the issue on more than just this one event?
