MemberHi Melanie. Thanks for that link, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.

I cannot replicate this on my local testing site with the latest versions of WordPress and all of our plugins and using the TwentySixteen theme.
If the Organizer really isn’t showing up when you or your developer switch to Testing for Conflicts mode (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins), my best guess is that you have one of these 2 theme overrides in place:
- [your-theme]/tribe-events/modules/meta.php
- [your-theme]/tribe-events/modules/meta/details.php
If you are sure you do not have any theme overrides, it never hurts to give WP_DEBUG a try: please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.

For your reference, that code snippet looks to be from our Remove end time for events KB article (although I didn’t double check it to be exactly the same).
Regarding, “She is also having a problem where she is inputting hyper links into the main content area and when the update button is clicked the hyper link is gone but the text is still there,” are you referring to the TinyMCE content editor for the Event Description area in wp-admin? Please also demonstrate this issue in your video.
I’ve tried to replicate your reported issues on my local testing site but haven’t been able to. Here’s a video of my trying: https://cl.ly/151x1P3m0W2g
Maybe you could provide a video of your trying, so I can see if there are any differences in our approaches.

I couldn’t replicate the issue of saving an Organizer to a pre-existing event (what you showed in your video). I even tried on a recurring event to see if that was the missing piece of the puzzle and the Organizer saved just fine.
If you go back to the “new event 1” event that you created in the video (that is not a recurring event), can you delete and add Organizers like you’d expect to be able to?
